Pick-Up & Delivery:

Customers who don't have the time in their busy day to deliver rugs to our shop that's not a problem.  We offer pick up and delivery and will clean your rugs at our shop.

We recommend pit rug washing at our shop for rugs that are heavily soiled, bad odor and have many pet stains.  Sometimes removing odors and stains can be time consuming and this job need to be done at our shop.  Rugs cleaned at our shop will go through the following process:

• Inspect and take notes of rips, tears, spots and stains in the rug
• Throughly vacuum the front and back of the rug
• An enzyme and odor eliminator solution will be applied to rugs that have pet stains and allowed to dwell for 30 mins or more
• A rug shampoo will be applied to the rugs and agitated with our 175 buffing machine
• The rug will be rinsed with cold water to prevent bleeding
• Rugs are speed dried with our floor blowers

There are two types of area rugs fibers, which are synthetic and natural. It's easier to remove stains from synthetic area rug than natural. Synthetic area rugs also dry quicker than natural fiber rugs.  Synthetic area rugs are cheaper than your expensive natural fiber rugs such as; cotton, wool, oriental, and persian rugs.  Homeowners may make the mistake of cleaning their rug themselves which can cause damage to the rug fibers.  We use safe cleaning solutions with the proper ph levels specifically for natural fiber rugs to prevent bleeding.  

• Carpet and Area Rug Protection - Repels spills, resist soiling, and block stains by forcing stains up to the surface where they bead up for easy clean up.

• Carpet and Area Rug Deodorizer - Neutralize bad odors in carpet fibers, so they can smell fresh again.

• Stain Removal - Removal of gum, wax, paint, nail polish, ink, blood, soda, wine, coffee, ect. It's not guaranteed to remove every stain. If customers request stain removal we will test the stain to see if it can be removed. Customers who take the risk of trying to remove a stain themselves, can prevent our stain removal products from working to remove the stain.

• Pet Enzyme Treatment - Pet enzyme treatment for the removal of pet urine, feces and vomit. Our normal carpet cleaning process with a pre-conditioner doesn't treat pet stains for removal. Customers have to ask or select pet enzyme treatment. Note * Some pet stains can be permanent due to a pet's diet, age, medication, and how long the stain has been in the carpet.​​​

• Green Cleaning - Customers can choose green cleaning, which is a natural non-toxic cleaning solution.
